What You ll Do
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and review of records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
- Perform regular rounds to assess inmate mental health and adjustment
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions
- Address behavioral escalation through appropriate interventions
- Document findings and treatment progress accurately
What You Need
- Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist
- Prior experience in mental health settings (preferred)
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
