All Star Healthcare represents a facility in Oregon seeking OBGYN locums coverage.
- ?Preference is for one provider, but will consider two providers.

- Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
- Call Type: Weeknight Beeper Call and 24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call
- Coverage Need:
- Will consider:
- 1 week on/1 week off
- 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
- Clinic Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Call Requirement: 8 call shifts per month (split if two providers are confirmed)
- Call shifts are sporadic and may not be consecutive
- Includes:
- 1 weekend of 24-hour call
- 5 weekday call shifts
- On weekday call dates, providers bill their regular hourly rate for clinic hours and a night call rate while on call
- Shift Times:
- Clinic: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Night Call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Active Oregon license only
- DEA required
- BC or BE within 3-5 years
- BLS and NRP required
- OB and GYN privileges required, with sufficient case logs from the past 24 months to obtain privileges
- Additional Details:
- 0-2 deliveries during 24-hour call shifts
- Providers must be able to manage emergency ectopic cases
- Will assist with in-office procedures and minor GYN/OR surgeries
