Position Highlights
- Orthopedic surgery with a sports medicine focus
- Employment model with full administrative and clinical support
- Two office locations: Tomball and The Woodlands
- Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR block time
- Shared practice call: 1:4 Paid hospital call: 1:9
- Collaborative support staff including CMAs, radiology technologists, APPs, and PT/OT professionals
- Hospital privileges at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital and HCA Tomball
- Enhanced earning potential through compensated call coverage at multiple hospitals and available physician investment opportunities, including ownership participation in a surgical hospital.

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Shoulder arthroplasty and reverse shoulder arthroplasty experience strongly preferred
