How the job works
- Flexible hours around drop-off, school, sick days, and dinner. Build a book that puts home first.
- Employee (W-2), not booth rent or 1099. Direct deposit.
- Strong hourly pay plus tips. Jenna Bigley, LMT (2025 BMI graduate), has earned up to $39/hour. On a 35-hour week (about 17 clients), that comes to about $4,600/month including tips-hourly pay plus tips, not a commission split. Results depend on your schedule and book. Jenna is happy to take questions.
- 30 minutes paid after each treatment for cleanup, room reset, and SOAP notes.
- Three seasoned therapists on site to help with questions, new pathology, or protocol.
- Paid trainings and free CE hours, including Clinical Ethical Closure training that most schools skip.
- We teach SOAP notes so charting is a simple skill, not a panic.
- Want your own niche (TMJ, sports, Thai)? We'll build it into the menu and promote it.
