Join the UVM Health Network Home Health & Hospice Team as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

UVM Health Network Home Health & Hospice is seeking dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our expanding team and help provide exceptional care to patients and families throughout our community.

Sign-On Bonus

Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions (prorated for part-time roles). Additional terms and conditions apply, subject to change.

Flexible Scheduling We offer a variety of scheduling options!

Current Opportunities Include:

  • Adult Home Health
    • Full-time Days 7:30a - 3:30p (37.5hrs weekly)
    • Part-time Days 7:30a - 3:30p (20hrs weekly)
    • Per Diem
  • Community Hospice (no open positions currently)
  • McClure Miller Respite House
    • Full-time Evenings (40hrs weekly - 3-11:30pm)
    • Part-time Evenings (24hrs weekly - 3-11:30pm Sun, Mon, Fri)

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact
  • Are compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Hold a current Vermont Nursing Assistant License
  • Have one year or more of LNA experience

Candidates with less than one year of experience will be considered for an LNA I position and corresponding pay range.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous home health, hospice, or facility-based care experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach and support clients and families
  • Excellent observation and reporting abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
