Assignment Details

Elgin, IL 60123

Duration July and August

7/14, 7/28, 8/11, and 8/25

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Team Support

The client has a strong support structure available with experienced assistants and tenured site managers to help the Orthodontist be successful while on assignment.

Requirements

  • DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
  • Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation
  • Credentialing required: CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
