The Hospital employed OBGYN team is made up of 9 OBGYN physicians, 2 NP's, 2 nocturnist Laborists working with a team of nurse midwives.
Outpatient OB/GYN care at 6 locations throughout southeastern MA.
24/7 in house support from Pediatric Anesthesiologists and Tufts Floating Hospital for Children Pediatric Hospitalist.
- Average is 50 % Ob / 50 % Gyn, with option to specialize.
- 4 clinical days / week - 3 in ambulatory practice sites, one surgery/Labor floor day, and one administrative day.
- Nocturnist laborists on site during the weeknights.
- 1500 deliveries
- Maternal-Newborn Pavilion has a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery.
- Specialties are on site, including MFM, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Gyn Oncology.
- Laparoscopic skills needed and experience in multidisciplinary department is preferred.
- FLS certification "Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery" is a plus
- Ability to independently perform total laparoscopic hysterectomy
