Patient Load:
- Average Outpatient (Clinic/Office) Per Day: 10-15 patients
- Average Inpatient (Call/Rounding) Per Day: 0 patients
Required Procedures:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation - IGRT
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Required Duties:
- Orders Tests and Images: Ensure all necessary tests and imaging are ordered for patient care
- Prescribing: Manage prescriptions relevant to radiation oncology treatments
Documentation and Systems:
Certification and Licensing:
- Certification Requirements: BLS, Board Certified, or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- State License Requirements: Active Michigan license required
