We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment in Missouri, commencing Sep 21, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The physician will provide preventative geriatric primary care, with a key objective of keeping patients out of the hospital, requiring a focus on patient care, accurate coding and charting, and utilizing strong organizational and tech-savvy skills, alongside expertise in geriatrics and preventative medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive preventative geriatric primary care, with the primary goal of minimizing hospital admissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely coding and charting for all patient interactions.
• Effectively utilize technology and maintain organized patient records.
• Apply expertise in geriatrics and preventative medicine to patient management.
• Care for a diverse patient panel, including high-risk (15-20%), emerging-risk (10-20%), and low-risk (70-80%) geriatric cases.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine is required.
