Idaho - Pediatrics Opportunity $250K+ Base + $50K Sign-On + 4-Day Flex Schedule
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-focused role with no inpatient responsibilities
- Flexible schedule: 36 patient hours + 4 admin
- Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- Call: 1:6 rotation
- Patient volume: per day
- Join a team of 5 Pediatricians with full clinical support (RN, MA, front office)
- Dedicated VFC coordinator supporting vaccine programs
- Opportunity created by a planned physician retirement, allowing for continuity and ramp-up
Compensation & Benefits
- $250K+ base salary + wRVU incentives OR pure production model
