Role Overview:

• Blend of inpatient pulmonary consults and outpatient clinic responsibilities

• Position will begin primarily with inpatient consults and a small outpatient component, expanding as patient volume grows

Responsibilities:

• Daily rounding at 1"2 assigned hospitals in the morning (close proximity)

• Average daily patient volume: 25

• Outpatient clinic scheduled in the afternoon (initially a half-day per week, with potential to increase based on growth)

• The group provides consults at 4 hospitals and 1 long-term care facility, with future expansion as practice grows

Schedule:

• Monday"Friday: mornings spent on hospital rounds, afternoons for scheduled outpatient clinic as assigned

• On-call duties for assigned hospitals (new consults handled the next morning; no routine overnight hospital visits)

• Weekend call: 1 weekend per month (rounding on census)

• Holiday call coverage distributed among providers

Practice Features:

• Privately owned (not PE or hospital owned) with a partnership track after 2 years
