We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 100-day assignment in Oregon, commencing Jan 15, 2027. This role involves 4 days of weekly clinic practice, complemented by 1-2 nights of weekday call and weekend call coverage from Friday 7a to Monday 7a, focusing on a comprehensive range of OB/GYN procedures and deliveries.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform IUD removal/insertion and Nexplanon procedures.
- Conduct Colposcopy, LEEP, and Endometrial Biopsy.
- Manage Pessary fitting/insertion and other appropriate excisions/biopsies for OB/GYN care.
- Provide routine OB and GYN care.
- Assess Non-stress test strips.
- Handle in-house call for Obstetrics and deliveries.
- Perform vaginal deliveries, assisted vaginal deliveries, and Cesarean sections.
- Conduct Cerclages, D+Cs, D+Es, and pregnancy termination inductions.
- Be prepared for high-risk deliveries, with support from additional providers and neonatologists as needed for nursery cases.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
- EMR: Epic.
- Work setting combines clinic-based care with inpatient call responsibilities.
- Call schedule includes 1-2 nights per week and weekend call from Friday 7a to Monday 7a.
