Seeking BE/BC Pathologist to join talented team in Bakersfield, CA. - New grads welcome!
- After hours and weekend call required, however that is usually very little to nothing.
- No autopsies
- Team of 2 other pathologists
- Yearly volume is approximately per pathologist
- Community hospital-based practice with supportive medical staff
- Broad mix of surgical pathology, cytology, and clinical pathology
- Subspecialty training or experience in breast and gynecological pathology and on site FNA of thyroid evaluation are preferred but not required
- Immunohistochemistry available
- Reasonable workload and collegial practice environment
- Excellent quality of life with lower cost of living compared with coastal California cities
