BC/BE in Anesthesiology or PM&R Completed Pain Management Fellowship or in process of completing ACGME accredited fellowship. Must have or be willing to obtain DEA license. Must have current, unrestricted NC medical license. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification/willing to obtain Must meet CME requirements at all times.
