  • Minimum of one (1) year of physician experience required. - REQUIRED
  • Active state medical license required at time of submission. - REQUIRED
  • At least one professional reference within 24 months - REQUIRED
  • Does your candidate require visa sponsorship (NOT ACCEPTING VISA CANDIDATES) - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice and license history HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible
