What You ll Do: - Deliver high-quality nursing care for medical-surgical and ER patients
- Administer IV medications and perform patient assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night shifts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and hospital policies
What You Need: - Kansas RN license (multistate license acceptable)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
- Prior experience in Med Surg and Emergency Room settings
- Proficiency with IV medications and patient assessments
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
