Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (as standard for this posting)
• Competitive salary package up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually
• $20,000 starting bonus

What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases, including trauma, OB, spine, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, nurses, and anesthesia staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in a fair and manageable call rotation supporting work-life balance
• Maintain and expand procedural and clinical skills across multiple specialties
• Engage in mentorship and optional leadership activities
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with UCHealth s mission

What You Need:

• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
• Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Ability to work across various surgical environments, including trauma centers and outpatient outpatient surgical centers
• Motivated to grow with a leading health system
