What You ll Do:
  • Provide neonatal care at two Level III NICUs in Oklahoma City
  • Manage complex neonatal cases using advanced ventilator support
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MFM and subspecialty support
  • Support families and participate in patient rounds
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
  • Assist in coverage scheduling and clinical decision-making
  • Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need:
  • Active BC/BE in Neonatology
  • Residency or fellowship training in Neonatology
  • Strong clinical skills and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently within a community hospital setting
