What You ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric, geriatric, and general patients
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and frequent reevaluations
- Manage patient pain, educate families, and document care plans
- Administer medications accurately following the SIX rights
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and follow ACLS protocols
- Utilize hemodynamic monitoring to support patient care
- Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
- Respond rapidly to patient status changes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Required: - NH RN license or eligibility
- ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
- Ability to perform assessments and procedures independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred: - Hospital or ICU experience
- Rural or small-unit healthcare experience
