- Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible), board certification in Urology preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency experience, no new graduates or LOCUM/locum-to-perm candidates
- Travel & Reimbursements: Provided when applicable
Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Confirmed hourly rate; total annual salary based on full-time hours)

What You ll Do - Diagnose and manage various urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs
- Perform surgical procedures in a modern operating suite
- Conduct hospital and ER consultations, working with other specialists
- Collaborate with an experienced urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based setting
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options
- Maintain accurate documentation following hospital and professional standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
- Support a community-oriented hospital committed to excellent patient care
What You Need - Active medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
- Board certification in Urology (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
