  • ASAP start; ongoing through 2027
  • Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00a-4:30p; Fri 7:30a-4:00p
  • No weekends; no call
  • Setting: Office/outpatient clinic
  • Scope: General Neurology only; Botox procedures not available for locums
  • Patient mix: 100% adult; 100% outpatient
  • Volume: 14 patients/day
  • Team: Other neurologists on-site; group of 12 physicians and 4 APPs; office staff includes 2 MAs and 2 front desk
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: OH license, Board Certified, Clean background
  • Credentialing 90 days
