• Patient Population/Case Load: 100% adult patients, 100% outpatient, average 14 patients per day
• Case Mix: Office/outpatient clinic

• License: An active Ohio state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days - MUST have paperwork in to expedite, can request temps with a clean file
