What You ll Do: - Provide high-quality neonatal care in a dynamic Level III NICU
- Attend high-risk deliveries and assess critically-ill newborns
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including NNPs, pediatric subspecialists, and nurses
- Support transport calls and coordinate patient transfers
- Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows as needed
What You Need: - Medical Degree and completion of Neonatology fellowship
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
- Valid New York State Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and teamwork orientation
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
