What You ll Do - Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations
- Perform routine exams, health assessments, and manage common acute and chronic conditions
- Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Contribute to mobile clinic activities and community outreach programs
- Adhere to all safety, clinical, and confidentiality standards
What You Need - Arizona Medical License (in-hand)
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of family practice experience
- Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working with diverse age groups
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
