- Procedures: General Neuro only (Botox procedures are NOT available for locum physicians)
- Certifications Needed: Board Certified in Neurology
- Patient Population/Case Load: 100% adult patients, 100% outpatient, average 14 patients per day
- Case Mix: Office/outpatient clinic
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Ohio state license is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days - MUST have paperwork in to expedite, can request temps with a clean file
