What You ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
- Support high-acuity, critically ill newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Collaborate with neonatologists and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnostics, and care management
- Support care delivery in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery, including daily NNP coverage
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
- Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
What You Need
Required: - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (preferred)
- Prior NICU or neonatal experience
Preferred: - Experience working in a Level III NICU setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
