What You ll Do
- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
- Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
- Function with high autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologists and on-call backup
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Participate in high-quality neonatal patient management and safety protocols
- Contribute to a team-oriented, collegial environment
What You Need
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification
- Minimum 2+ years of neonatal care experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
