What You ll Do - Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU
- Participate in 24/7 in-house neonatal NP coverage
- Manage daily patient rounds and care for approximately 19 neonatal patients
- Support around 2,700 deliveries annually
- Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
- Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff
- Exercise clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
- Work with dedicated neonatal transport teams
- Engage in educational opportunities, including collaborations with medical schools
- Focus on delivering evidence-based, safe, and quality neonatal care
What You Need - Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Florida license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 1-2 years NICU or neonatal experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
