Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Atlanta, GA. This role involves providing acute care to patients in a holding area within the emergency department, with a focus on stroke patients requiring NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) assessments. The position requires an active license, relevant clinical experience, and the ability to work night shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or a compact license, 18 months of experience in telemetry or related specialty within the past 3 years, NIHSS certification required, experience caring for acute care patients in emergency or holding areas.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency department or acute care settings, additional certifications relevant to trauma or stroke care.
- Additional Information: The assignment spans from 10/05/2026 to 01/03/2027. No float rotation is required.
