You'll walk into a well-established patient panel with such high demand that current wait times run 6-8 weeks, treating a broad mix of common and complex conditions including stone disease, oncology, incontinence, men's health, and general urology. The schedule is built for a serious surgeon: 4 or 4 days a week, split between 2 clinic days and 2-2.5 OR days, with Fridays off. You'll operate with access to 2 Xi robotic systems, strong OR support, and a growing surgical infrastructure, backed by a deep team of 4 urologists, 3 strong APPs who take first call, and tenured support staff.
