What You ll Do - Diagnose and treat retinal diseases in a busy retina-only practice
- Perform vitreoretinal surgeries independently in a dedicated ASC room
- Manage patient care from diagnosis through surgical intervention
- Collaborate with a team of fellowship-trained retina surgeons, nurses, and technicians
- Support comprehensive eye care within an established practice
- Utilize EMR (ModMed) on iPads for documentation
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
What You Need - Valid Nevada medical license or IMLC certification
- Board Certification in Ophthalmology with retina subspecialty focus
- Proven experience managing retinal conditions and performing vitreoretinal procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
