The Opportunity Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice, located in Rolla, MO. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture. Additionally, this is a busy office. There are 4 columns for hygiene exams as well as restorative. We do have another doctor in the practice so they will have doctor support. This position is seeking a provider to assist with exams and emergency visits while maintaining smooth patient flow alongside a supportive and energetic team.
Assignment Details Temp Position - Additional support Dates:9/14/26-10/1/26 - will potentially need past 10/1
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm
Team Support There are 5 BAs, 1 PMOs, 4 DAs, 1 doctor. They are a connected and energetic team culture with a strong focus on camaraderie and teamwork to keep the office running efficiently. This office is fast paced, goal oriented, motivating, and professional.

What You ll Do • Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures • Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting • Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow • Assist with leading and supervising office team members • Staying productive during both slower and busier teams • Focus on patient experience and support a developing office • Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
Requirements • DDS or DMD from an accredited program • Active state dental license • Prior dental experience required • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues • Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
