Facility:This family health center is part of one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, operating as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving diverse communities. The facility proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community with certified bilingual Medical Assistants and uses EPIC EMR system with operational hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Opportunity:Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Details:• Provide comprehensive family medicine and community health services to underserved patient populations
• Manage patient panel with team-based approach to patient care
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
• Participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18
• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
