Machine Operator/MachinistWe're looking for an entry-level, hands-on Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll machine and fabricate precision components used in firearms. You should have some experience with mills, lathes, and grindersand a sharp eye for detail.
What You'll Do:
- Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy
- Assist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack use
What You Bring:
- Machining or machine operating experience a plus
- Familiarity with mechanical systemsbearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensors
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferred
