Job description

Work Schedule:
  1. Up to 5 days per week, plus call rotation for a full-time position
  2. Flexible work schedule rotations available based on your needs
  3. Negotiable non-call positions available
Compensation:
  1. Compensation + Incentive:
    1. Up to $700k/year
    2. Sign-on Bonus: $50k
Benefits Include:
  1. 11 weeks paid vacation per year
  2. Paid CME up to $3,000
  3. DEA/Medical License/Professional Membership allowance up to $2,500
  4. Educational loan reimbursement: up to $100,000
  5. Relocation expenses up to $10,000
  6. Tax-sheltered annuities
    1. 403b with 50% match up to 6% after 1 year of service
    2. 457b with employee contributions per IRS guidelines
  7. Malpractice: Claims-made policy
  8. Family health, dental, and vision insurance at shared cost
  9. Group life insurance with $350,000 benefit
  10. Long-term disability insurance providing $5,000/month after 90 days
