Overview
- Location: Asheville, NC
- Schedule: 4 days/week; 8a-4:30p
- Providers: Opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctor
- Support Team: 5 RDAs (4 are considered EFTs) & 1 Hygienist
- OR Days: 2days/week (Monday & Tuesday; 1 per provider)
- Active patients: 11,000+
- Avg New Patients/Month: 45-50
- Operatories: 7 fully equipped operatories
- Monthly Production: $180k-$200k
- Annual Production: $2.2 million with strong collections
Requirements
- General/Peds Dentist
- 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
- Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition

Compensation
- Earning Potential: $250k-$350k+ annually
