Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing acute patient care in a medical-surgical setting during day shifts, with work hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every other weekend or holiday as scheduled. The role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented professional capable of managing diverse patient needs and adhering to safety and clinical standards.
Job Details:
- Position: Medical Surgical Floor Nurse
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensed healthcare professional with at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing, current certifications in relevant clinical procedures, and active licensure in the applicable state.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are highly desirable.
- Additional Information: The role involves adhering to the facilitys Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), providing patient-centered care, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Flexibility to work every other weekend or holiday may be required.
