Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility located in Edenton, NC. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on the medical-surgical unit during night shifts. The assignment spans 13 weeks with a schedule of 36 hours per week, including six weekend shifts over a six-week period.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure in North Carolina or a compact state, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, ability to read strips, scrubs (black or white), and work within an 80-mile radius rule.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with medical-surgical nursing, familiarity with electronic strip reading.
- Additional Information: Must be able to read strips; minimal experience required; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
