- Required Qualifications: Active RN license (or compact license if applicable to the state), BLS certification from the American Heart Association, NRP certification, minimum 1-2 years recent Mother Baby or Postpartum experience, documented EPIC experience for candidates, and vaccination requirements, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines with no exemptions
