Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position is located in a high-acuity emergency care unit. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, boarding patients, and critically ill or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)-level patients. The ER nurse will manage complex and unstable patients within a fast-paced environment, providing critical care and support.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), 16 years of relevant experience, residence within the specified geographic area, and ability to work in the scheduled shifts
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing, familiarity with high-acuity patient care, adaptability, and strong critical care skills
- Additional Information: Nurses must demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
