Growing practice is looking for a Rheumatologist in Santa Cruz, CA (45 minutes from San Jose, CA)

A well-established, 35-year-old practice is looking to add a Rheumatologist along the coast of Northern California, near Santa Cruz!

Join a collaborative group of providers dedicated to improving patient outcomes and supporting long-term professional growth!

Compensation:
  • Path to partnership
  • Strong income potential ($400K-$500K annually)

Job/Practice Description: Rheumatologist
  • Opportunity for partnership!
  • Stepping into a well-established patient base left by a retiring Rheumatologist
  • Working alongside one existing Rheumatologist
  • Entirely outpatient setting, no inpatient responsibilities or on-call duties
  • Strong balance between work and personal life


Requirements:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Licensed in California, or eligible to obtain licensure
  • Client welcomes applicants currently in practice as well as incoming 2027 Fellows
