The incoming physician will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while working collaboratively within a strong cardiovascular care team.Position Details
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement
- Interpret imaging and diagnostic test results
- Collaborate closely with cardiology and primary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in inpatient consults and rotating call schedule
- Opportunity to contribute to teach and staff education
Requirements- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
