We Are Seeking
An experienced ICU RN to join the CCU/CMICU team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical-care experience and be comfortable caring for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN License or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/CCU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical-care assessment and patient management skills
- Experience with ventilated and critically ill patients
- Ability to work 36 hours/week, including EOW and EOH
- Must be able to work the full 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shift
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment
- Successful completion of facility-specific onboarding and compliance requirements
