- Traditional 40-Hour Role: Hospital and clinic mix with 1:5 call and outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Hospital-Only Schedule: 7-on/7-off, 7am?7pm; team coverage during the day and solo coverage in the evenings (no clinic)
- Weekend Requirement: Hospital rounding every 5th weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
