Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Qualifications Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
