A leading surgical services group is hiring surgery-only first assists in Dallas, a straight shot down I-35 from Oklahoma City, plus Austin and San Antonio. A relocation stipend comes with the offer.
- Responsibilities: first assist duties only in general surgery and robotics cases, with laparoscopic and open cases too. No orders, clinic or rounding.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends. A 1-2 case day finishing before 2pm is not uncommon.
- Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
- Experience: at least 1 year of general and robotics surgical first assist experience.
