Neurosurgery & Spine First Assist Surgery Only 30-35 Hrs/Wk $140k-$160k Guaranteed Phoenix, AZ

Albuquerque PAs: a leading surgical services group in Phoenix is hiring, and a relocation stipend comes with the offer.

• Responsibilities: first assist neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons on XLIF, ALIF, ACDF, microdiscectomies, laminectomies and TLIFs. Elective procedures only, no multi-level scoliosis. No orders, clinic or rounding.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
• Salary: guaranteed $140,000-$160,000/yr based on experience, plus a quarterly bonus.
• Experience: at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery surgical first assist experience.
• Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
• Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
• Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
• 1099: PRN options available.
