Internal Medicine Physician

Permanent Primary Care position in SNFs & Assisted Living position in MA

Job Details

• BC in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience treating geriatric patients and/or post-acute care experience
• Joining a privately-owned group that goes into SNFs and Assisted Living facilities to treat patients
• Going between 1-2 facilities a day
• Flexible, create your own work schedule - half the day working onsite & half the day charting/admin time (which can be done at home), as long as you see the patient load, the schedule can be created however you like it
• Average seeing 14 patients a day - if you see more = more productivity bonus
• Medical Director opportunities may be available
• Base salary $250,000 with productivity incentive and potential medical directorship stipend (our doctors get an average gross income of $325,000)
