Job description

Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
  • Full-time outpatient Primary Care Nurse Practitioner opportunity within a respected regional healthcare system
  • Provide comprehensive patient care focused on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary environment working alongside physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
  • Opportunity to work within a broad medical group including family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, and surgical specialties
  • Strong emphasis on patient education, team collaboration, and professional development
  • Monday-Friday outpatient setting 40 hours/week
  • Salary range: $120K-$140K based on experience
  • Supportive and team-oriented practice environment
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Vermont APRN license or ability to obtain
  • DEA and CPR certification required
  • NP certification
  • Clean malpractice history required
  • No visa sponsorship, locums, or commuters over 1 hour
