PATIENT INFORMATION

FACILITY INFORMATION
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Support Staff Available: 1 RN, 2 LPN's, 2 registration specialists, audiologists
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Required
  • Credentialing Timeline: 45 days typically; can expedite to 3 weeks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
  • Rate: TBD
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified
  • IMLC or licensure candidate (must have IMLC if licensure candidate)
  • No pending malpractice cases and no bad background
  • Must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients
  • 1+ years of experience
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8a - 5p
  • Take night call via pager from 5pm to 8am for hospital consults
  • Cover weekend 24-hour call
  • Perform scheduled surgical cases in the OR as needed
  • Manage both adult and pediatric patients
